I am looking for information on a Peter Farrell, his wife Catherine and their children. They immigrated from Ireland ca 1846 and possibly lived in New York and Mass. for several years. They eventually settled in Waseca County Minnesota where Peter apparently killed his friend Jacob Hagadorn. Peter escaped from Stillwater prison and was never heard from again. We heard that he changed his name and met up with his family. He may have changed his name to Dolan or Doolan.(Possible in Illinois). There were reports of Peter being sighted in New Orleans during the Civil War. Their children were Margret, Mary Jane, William Henry, Julia, and John. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
