Rodney and Roger Mitchell (twins born on 2/08/54 in Oakland, California) are searching for birth parents and/or birth family members. We were adopted around the age of 2 or 3 yrs. of age. We were adopted by Arthur and Earlie Mae Mitchell and lived in Bakersfield, California until we were 18. Both of us graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy. We are African American and look more like brothers than twins.
