I am searching for my bsister. She was adopted either at time of birth or a few days following. she was born 9-20-58 in Touro Infirmary. Birth name was Nancy Marie Raley. I have her hospital birth certificate as verification. Bmothers name is Peggy Ann Raley. My birth sister is my only surviving heir. I'm unsure if she was adopted out of a home for unwed mothers or thru the hospital itself. Bfather is unknown to me still. Bmother passed on 4-5-93. I have tried many methods to find my bsister.
