I am a birth mother searching for a son I gave birth to on Dec. 5, 1968 at Roper Hospital in Charleston, SC. His weight was 6lbs.?oz. I never saw him but a friend told me that he had dark hair like mine. I am sorry but I do not know the name of the doctor that delivered. But, the name of the doctor that handled the adoption was Joseph L. Goodman, MD. Also, the name on the birth certificate that I signed said "Baby Boy Thomas or Thompson or Thomason." The nurse told me this was a ficticious name but I did not believe her. I have always called him Thomas. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
