My name is Lisa and I am searching for my birth mother and father. I was born in Nevada. My birthdate is 03/18/1973. I am female. My birth mother was a teenager when she went to live with my adoptive mother's aunt Ted and uncle Floyd during her pregnancy. My adoptive parents (Charlene and Albert) raised me in Bakersfield, California, and also made sure that I received medical care to correct a deformity. My adoption was kept a secret until my adoptive mother passed away and a distant family member told me. I have few remaining relatives living who would have any information and what they have is limited. Two of my mother’s best friends are alive and have given me limited information like that my birth mother and father may have married later and have a son; meaning I would have a fully biological brother. I also believe they live(d) in Utah and are maybe Mormon. I was raised Seventh-day Adventist and went to private school. I have also been told that my "moms" kept in contact when I was in grade school and that my adoptive mom would send updates and school pictures. I don’t have names or any paperwork that I have found yet. This was a very closely guarded family secret. I only have my birth certificate from Lyon County Nevada.
