looking for siblings, I was born 9-30-59, at the Corpus Christi Osteopathic Hospital as Kathy Yvonne Hanway,Parents Charles Hanway(changed to Wallace)and Patricia. I had a sister born 1958 named Dianne. She had the same mother/different father and was adopted by my birthmothers sister Iola. Another sister born 8/1960 named Bertha Ann--adopted by an aunt and uncle and took the name Bertha Ann Martin. There were two siblings born to same mother between 1960 and 1963'ish, but father is questionable. A brother named Charles Wallace, Jr/II, Christopher Wallace, Benjamin Wallace and a sister that had died in her teens named Patricia Wallace. If you know of this family or members, let me know. I know that my natural father thought his name was Hanway until he was in his early twenties. So some of the kids have the name Hanway and others have the last name of Wallace. Charles Hanway(Wallace) was raised with two brothers, both Hanways. One is called Red and lives around the Texas Gulf Coast region, the other lived in El Paso when I first contacted him in 1988. The one in El Paso was married to an oriental lady and they had two daughters. I understand Hanway is an unusual name and that there are very few in this country. I was burned severally on my left hand when I was 4 mos. old and am missing my little finger. I was taken to Wilford Hall in San Antonio, TX. Later I was taken to a doctor by my birthmother and left there. Doctor Flood was the doctor's name and I understand my mother was hoping he would adopt me.
