I have an article written by A.M. Ragsdale which was published in the "Stamps" column by Roland A Franklin. I think that it was published March 25, 1952 possibly in "Christianity Today" Magazine. In the article, Mr. Ragsdale mentions having spent two terms in the Phillipines during the period between 1946 and 1952. Could anyone provide any biographical information on Mr. Ragsdale?
