My husbands grandmother Paolo Franco was born in Murialdo, Italy. When she was 12 or 13 her family sent her to live and work for a family in Nice, France. She took care of their children and was their maid. She lived there until her mid 20's. Does anyone know how I could find out about the family and what her life was like? Are there any records where she would be listed? Also, his grandfather, Giovanni Suffia, had gone to Seattle and then returned for her in 1913.
