I had a boy I put up for adoption, because I had no support from my family. He was born January 21, 1985 in Portland Oregon. I was only 16 years old. The name of the lawyer who handled the adoption was George Birnie. This was a private adoption. I was suppose to get yearly reports on how the child was growing and developing. I only got 2 reports.
