I am searching for my birth mother or any B family. I am a 24 yr. white female, born 9/29/83 in Polk County. I am 5'1" brown hair, brown eyes and olive complection. I had a red birthmark on the back of my neck at time of birth. I was adopted through Catholic Charities on 7/27/85.
