Jerimiah Pare Barr aka: Jerimiah Jason, aka: Jay...Born July 6, 2002; Aaron David Oliver: born April 5, 1998. I am the proud and loving mother of these miraculous children; Rachel Oliver born July 2, 1973. They are miraculous because it took ten years and sixteen pregnancies before I was able to successfully deliver these two amazing and beautiful boys. I have discovered that my tragic story is not unique...I am a victim a Familial Abuse. As are my two beautiful children. My step-father and step-sister decided to take my boys from me. They spent five years, and hundreds of phone calls to child welfare with increasingly disturbing stories (14 different workers). Eventually Child Welfare decided that one's family would not systematically destroy one member and her children for no reason. It couldn't possibly be malicious...right? (Please note the sarcasm here) Ignoring all hard evidence to the contrary, Child Welfare bulldozed through the court system and after a five year fight, talked a judge into ignoring my test results and siding with them. My children were taken from me and told that I gave them away. I have been informed that Jay(6) has been adopted, my step-sister has Aaron(10). They are not allowed to see one another, nor me. My step- sister and step-father told many untruths about me including drug addiction and alcoholism. I have proven otherwise, but again, Child Welfare ignored the fact of my own victimization, and involved themselves in the destuction of a happy, functioning family. The biggest beef they had was that I was a single mother. Our charter, and civil rights were violated, and my children suffer for it every day. Please help us repair the damage done, and allow me to put my family back together. I don't have any other options, as I have mentioned, as I am a single mother determined to make it without welfare, or relying on the "fathers" of my boys. We as a family were interferred with by vindictive and abusive people that had more money than we did. We have as much right to be together as any two income family. We were persecuted unfairly, and my children, having never been abused, were wrongfully removed. I can't afford court anymore, as I spent all of my savings trying to save my children from my step-father. I lost. More importantly, my children lost. Please help us...
