Dorchester County, SC, and "old Dr. Ackerman" I am looking for information about this gentleman. He practiced general medicine in Ridgeville, SC, and I don't know where else in SC. I was born in 1951 at the Dorchester County Hospital, Summerville, SC, and he delivered me. My grandfather used to run a dairy farm for him also, if I remember correctly.
