Looking for birth parents or siblings, was born in University Hospital October 3, 1964. My adopted mom and father told me I had five sisters and four brothers. I think my name was baby Howard. Ten days old. I had a brother in foster car named Nathaniel Howard. He was two years older than me. I grew up in Arkandelphia, AR. My parents where Early and Annie Mae Buckley has since past on.
