I am looking for anyone who abandoned a female child during 1974 to a woman named Chong Ae Chang, Chong Ae Palmer, Chong Song Suk. The mother abandoning the child knew she was going to Chong Ae Chang who was married to an American Soldier. The birth day listed on the child was 07/17/74 no name was left only the birthday.
