I am looking for descendents of my father Elson Raymond Burgess, a name given him by the court in 1935. Birth certificate indicates he was born at St. Francis Hospital in Hartford, Connecticut on July 17, 1926 and was placed in foster homes in the Windsor area. Mother's name on BC is Susan Goldberg or something close to that (it is hard to read). Father given as Frank Hoskin. Two other siblings were indicated on the BC for the birth mother. In 1931, he came to live with the Holcomb family until he reached adulthood. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
