I am searching for my mother and/or father; I was born November 14, 1970 at Belleville Memorial Hospital in Belleville, Illinois. I understand my birth mothers name is Janice Lynn Holt and my name at birth was Rhonda Mae Holt. My mother is Caucasian and was between 15-16 years old when she had me. My father is black and was around 18 years old when I was born. My adoption was handled by Lutheran Child and Family Services in Illinois; I was in a foster home until I was about a year old. **PLEASE CONTACT ME** I have been searching for 20+ years.
