I am looking for any information about Bernard Delbert Palmer. He was born July 21,1927 and passed away in March 1966. He lived in Seneca, Kansas most of his life. I know he has sisters in Pawnee City, Nebr. This is my father and I was only 8 when he died. Please help with information if you can. Thank You
