I am searching for an adopted child. He was born on August 29, 1974 at the Salvation Army Home and Hospital in Sand Springs, OK. His birth certificate, however, may indicate he was born at St. John's in Tulsa. He is of mixed race: black, Cherokee, and white. There was no intermediary adoption agency looking for a placement to my knowledge.
