Searching for birth family. My birth name was Amanda Darlene Haynes, born on May 25, 1971 at Fort Huachuca Army Post in Arizona. Transferred to University hospital in Tucson, AZ shortly after birth to be treated for Mitral Valve Prolapse (heart birth defect). I lived for about a year with natural grandmother and older sister before being placed into adoption system. Adopted in Tucson, Az at the age of 2 or 3.
