 I am looking for individuals who are researching the Fleming surname of Albemarle and Caroline Counties. I have gotten as far back as James Pendleton Fleming (Albemarle County) was born 1804 and died 1869. James married Nancy (Nicholson). I'm also looking for individuals who are researching the Chapman surname of Caroline County. George Chapman was born in Nelson County per his son Elijah's marriage record. George was married to Agnes. George is found in the US Census in Caroline county until 1860.
