Clifton- Taylor Connection: I am seeking my parents or relatives, I may have a brother. I was born Dec.12 1948 in Montreal General Hospital.My parents Francis Cleveland-Clifton and Joan Winifred Irene(nee Taylor), relinquished care and custody of me,when I was seven days old and I was sent and lived in Ontario. No lawyers or agencies were involved in this transaction. Until my marriage I was known as Smith, but legally remained Clifton.
