I am searching for my birth mother or siblings or any family member who would have information. My Birth Name was Natalie Katrice Fears I was born In October of 1978 At Rush Presbyterian St Luke Hospital in the early Am hour In Chicago Il. Birth Mother had freckles and was a college student in her third year but I dont believe she lived in chicago she had a six year old son already and a brother named David I was giving up for Adoption at four months.
