I am looking for a child that my grandmother gave up for adoption in 68 or 69. Not sure but thinking the baby was a girl.Birthtime could have been from Dec through Aug? notsure though. We believe the baby was also born at Broadlawns Hospital and was adopted out through Catholic charities of Iowa. Surname may have gone by is Gomez or Ortiz.
