I'm a 36 yr old man born Oct.15,1971 at New Britian General Hospital in New Britian, CT. I was then adopted out in June of 1975 in Jackson County,OK to James and Carol Dills. I am looking for my biological parents.All I have to go on is their names, Shawn Keil and Marquea Carter(this may have changed if she got married).I would greatly appreciate any and all help.Thank You and God Bless,Craig Dills/Carter.
