Searching for birth parents. Female born Sept. 6, 1940, 7:04 PM at UC Hospital in San Francisco. On birth certificate, it lists my adoptive parents names: Joseph John Kelly and Ellen Egan. Our residence at the time was 2471 16th Avenue, San Francisco. Numbers on the birth certificate: District-3801, Registrar no.-6159 notation next to mother's name: E250, also a K400 on the original [black] copy I was in a Catholic home for unwed mothers, and was adopted several weeks/months after my birth [before December of that year]. Several years ago a searcher suggested that birth parents might be Carli and Barbeiri, but the certificate numbers do not match, or at least that is what I was subsequently told.
