Birth Parent Information Seeking Birth Parent Information Born: March 14, 1972 – Baby Wendy Diaz Charleston Naval Hospital Female – given up for adoption at birth The last name Diaz appears on some documents. Mother was 4’11 - Mothers mother was 4’9 No information of father. Story that has been told that mother’s husband was out to sea. Mother became involved with other person. Mothers’ husband returned and realized wife was expecting a baby. Mother and her husband both signed to release child. ( no information of whether this is actually a correct account). Child was in foster care for several years and was adopted at approximately 3 years of age. No contact has ever been made – this is a request for any information available. Thank you.
