Searching for a girl or boy born in the Washington DC area to include Maryland and Virginia. May also have been born in the Carolinas. Birth mother may have been noted on certificate as Mary Alice Dowling or Mary Alice Conner. The birth would have been taken place before 1959. Probably be about 50 to mid 50's today. No one in the family knows about the pregnancy, was discovered by accident in old divorce records and kept a secret for decades. The birth mother could have been as young as 14 but probably 16.
