I am searching for my sister! I know very little about her but she would have been born between the years of 1968 to 1970 or 1971. This was my mother's 9th child & I am not sure why my sister was given up for adoption & my older siblings won't share much. Our mother(Norma Jean Berry) was born July 28, 1936 in Vinita, Oklahoma. My father is Elmer Dean Jacobs. My parents separated & then divorced shortly after the birth of this daughter & I am unsure if we share the same father. I have lived in Arkansas for 29 yrs. I attempted to start a search about 10 yrs. ago & mailed info. to the state of Nebraska but was unable to find out anything because I am so limited on the information I have been told concerning my sister & the adoption.
