I am searching for Kevin Brown, adopted by Fred & Eula brown of Springfield, Missouri. He was born on May 2, 1961 (or possibly 1960) to Earlene Margaret Spenard in Denver, Colorado. He was given up for adoption due to health problems. He was said to have red hair and blue eyes (caused by use of 100% oxygen while in neonatal intensive care). His mother (Earlene) sent letters to him for several years but stopped when his adoptive parents threatened to move and change his name if she continued to send them.
