I am looking for my birthfamily, or any members of it. I was born to a Debbie Proctor and assumable partner Brad Miller. I was born in Omaha, Nebraska and raised in foster care in Lincoln. I was born on June 18th, 1988 and I was adopted in 1993. I have knowledge that I have a younger brother, either full or half, that was born in 1990. I had a closed adoption and the agency had totally been closed down, so no information was really applicable.. I have only a picture of my birthmother when she was 17 and some clippings.. also some other information that my adopted parents were able to salvage. am currently not living in nebraska, I had moved when i was about 13 to arkansas. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
