My great-great-grandfather, Amos Johnson, was supposedly born in New Hampshire on August 22, 1816. He married Clarissa Greeley, whom we believe was a cousin of Horace Greeley. They show up in Vermont in the 1850 Census. I am trying to find out who Amos's parents were. I am at a dead end on Ancestry and Family Search. If anyone has any info, I would love to hear from you.
