Looking for Thomas McHugh b. around 1808 in Sligo.Married Katherine ? b.1811.3 known children born in Sligo, Bridget b.1836, William b.1841,John b.1843,possibly James b.1845 and Thomas b.1849. According to 1850 Mason Co. Kentucky Census they were residents of this county.This means that they would have left Ireland between 1844 and 1850. It has been said that Thomas became an orphan at an early age and was raised by a priest? John m. Catherine McGlone in Cincinnati, Ohio. Any one have info. on this family?
