I am trying to find information about my maternal grandmother- Sarah M. Lemon, who gave birth to my mother in Truro, Nova Scotia the day of the Halifax Explosion -when a munitions ship blew up. Her daughter was relinquished for adoption as an infant; the fathers' name on the birth registry is Charles Richardson. Sarah M. may have lived in central N.S. or P.E.I. where the Lemon name is known. The middle initial differs from most 'Sarah' entries found.
