I am looking for my birth parents. I was born 3/3/79 at Lima Memorial Hospital in Lima, Ohio. I only know nonidentifying info about my birth parents. They were in college. I believe they were both 18 yrs. old. Both had blonde hair, one had blue eyes and one had green eyes. My father is of English descent and does not know I exist. I was given up at birth. I have "unlocked" my part of the adoption file...I just need my birth family to petition to "unlock" their side and they will exchange our information. I'm still in Allen County.
