I am looking for any information about Joseph Harvey Proctor, or Joseph Harvey Richards, or Harvey J. Richards, my grandfather. He came from Maryland, married my grandmother, Viola Catherine Tatro from Antigo, Wisconsin in the 20's. He was a salesman for an automobile company. They had two children, Richard J. Richards and Nadine Richards. They lived in Kansas City for a while. He disappeared when my dad was 10 years old, in the 30's, and he was never heard from again by any of us. He had two sets of twins in his family - siblings. He died in 1989. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
