Searching for birth mother in Montreal, Canada. I have a birth certificate that was issued after I was adopted, yet a search of the place on the certificate does not appear to exist? I was born on December 9, 1961, at "Presbytere De Saint-Jacques, 445 Est, Rue Sainte-Catherine, Montreal 24"(St.Jacques Parish is also listed on the birth certificate). The certificate is dated May 30, 1964, after I was brought to the U.S. by my adoptive parents. Any information on the church/hospital/orphanage that is listed above would be greatly appreciated!!
