I am looking for my birth parents. My birthday is 11/15/1960 and my birth name was Patrick. County of birth,Lycoming. My birth father may have been a musician, he was probably afro american or other ethnic background. Possibly inter-racial parents. I am searching for any family members and medical history. My adopted parents were Everett and Marion Skinner. Everett was in the US army ( civilian ) and Marion was a homemaker when I was adopted. I believe we lived in Germantown PA? Not sure, but around the time I turned 1 we moved to Willingboro NJ and there I grew up until 18. Please anyone with any help, I would really appreciate it and be forever grateful. (NEW INFO 12/16/2008) My wife recently told me that my adopted mother, whose name was Marion Skinner, told her that my real mother had long blonde hair and blue eyes. I believe she was a teacher in the area also. I may have been put up for adoption due to the interracial aspect of my birth parents, it was 1960 so I can understand that.
