I was told by an uncle that we are related to Andrew Jackson by way of a Jane L. Jackson. The liniage was found written on the back of an old photograph and is as follows: Paternal Grandfather: Elijah Roberts Great Grandmother: Sarah P. Jeffcoat Roberts Great, Great Grandmother: Elizar Ann Garrison GGG Grandmother: Jane L. Jackson (Jeffcoat?) I was young when I was told this and I remember something about Rachael Jackson, so the relation may be through her, not Andrew. However, I found where I wrote this down at some point and recently found it in my deceased mother's things.
