Query Text: |
Looking for information on my Uncle Pfc Eldred Williams KIA 20 Dec. 1944 in Bundenthal, Germany. Also looking for information on the Soldiers Buried with him in a Cemetery in Bundenthal. Pvt James Leonard, Pvt Marvin M. Camick, Pvt James W Milstead, UNK. X-219, UNK. X-220. I believe these men were with 157th Inf Company G, 2nd BN. Part of the two Rifle Platoons trapped in Bundenthal for 6 days. Pfc Williams was first listed as MIA 20 Dec. 1944 and then listed as KIA on 18 Jan. 1945 when German Civilians told the U.S. Army about the Soldiers buried in the back of there Cemetery marked with Crosses. Any information would be appreciated. LEW | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
