I was born in Philadelphia, PA on September 14, 1956 I think at the University of Pennsylvania Hospital. I was put up for adoption through the Children's Aid Society. My adoptive parents names are Audrey Haggarty Kline and Clarence (Chuck or Charles) Herbert Kline. No birth father's name is listed. I am small, blond and blue eyed. I have five children of my own.
