1870's. Putnam County, TN. Jim W Dunn was killed while selling pottery wares in Dickson County, TN. His wife, Rebecca Jane Bennett died before 1880. Her two young son's, Harve and Asbury were raised by Rebecca's Mother, Elizabeth(Betsy) Bennett. Two small daughters. Sara Elizabeth and Randi were said to have been raised by the Carr(possibly Kerr)family. I am trying to find out what happened to the daughters. One may have married into the Atnip family of DeKalb County, TN, but these are only snippets of rumors I have heard, and I cannot find any actual data on what happened to these children. Any new leads or informations are sincerly appreciated ~ | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
