I am searching for my birth parents, David Harold Crews and Jewell Laren Hennesey [not sure of the spelling] Crews. According to my court records in Safford, Graham County, Arizona I was born Laura Norene Crews in Tulare, California 3 Oct 1943. My birth parents were divorced and my birth father's residence was unknown at the time of my adoption through the Graham County Department of Public Welfare in Arizona. My father may have been in the service and was a bricklayer. I have an older brother who had recently married when I was adopted. I believe I was one of six children. I have two younger brothers who were also placed for adoption. I would like to find my siblings as I believe my birth parents are probably deceased. My adoption was final 22 July 1950. I believe my birth mother's parents lived in Yuma, Arizona at the time of my relinquishment. I do not currently have access to the Internet however a friend is allowing me to use her email address.
