I am searching for an adopted half-sibling on behalf of my Mother. Her name at birth was Renee Lynn Melton. She was born on 10/11/1966 at Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater, Florida. She was a month early and weighed 5 lbs, 11. oz. She had blonde hair and blue eyes, but the eyes may have changed color. Her birth Mother's name at the time was Sally Ann Melton (maiden name Herndon) The birth father's name was James Hance, but due to FL law was not listed as the birth father. The adoption was carried out by our maternal grandmother against the birth mother's wishes through an attorney in Clearwater. She worked with the American Red Cross so they may have had some involvement. There are health issues that Renee needs to know about, so any information I can get will be greatly appreciated. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
