My aunt was Elsie Gibbs who married a Williams. She was born around 1880 in England, but was brought up in Lower Hutt. She lived in Greymouth when married. I am looking for her children (who would all be pretty old!! or grandchildren. Elsie (Williams)married Eddie (Snow) Fraser.They had at least one son, Ray who trained horses at Washdyke, Timaru. Elsie (Williams)married Alex McDonald (son Jeff), Eric (I have his details) Arthur Williams worked in Wallsend & Dobson Mines - lived in Taylorville & Dobson Maurice Williams - believed to have children Neil & Daisy. Bert Williams - he worked in Te Kinga Mill & NZ railway. He was drowned rowing from Moana Hotel to Te Kinga. A man called Frank Hines (Greymouth) was there. Don Williams worked in mines and lived in Taylorville & Dobson Les Williams (I have some information on him. Eddie Williams (no information) Jack Williams - worked on Te Kinga Mill.
