I am a 39 year old male, searching for my birth parents. I was born in Sacred Heart Hospital in Spokane Washington on December 28th, 1968. I was adopted by Robert and Dorothy Pulkka from Longview, Washington and was in their custody by January of 1969, so the adoption may have been arranged before I was born.
