My birth parents/parent. I was born in Ky, July 9th of 1983. I am now 25 years old. My first name is Tracey. I have gotten unidentifying information that I have two half siblings,one brother 4 years older, one sister 2 years older, my biological mom was 19 when I was put up for adoption. My bio father was not in the picture, my mom was getting her GED and her mom had a history of drinking. I am just looking for more information, I was told she was about 5'3", fair, blonde hair.
