I am looking for my daughter. Her birthname is Cierrah Jurnee Worthen. She was born on Feb. 23, 1995 at 1:45 p.m. at McKay Dee Hospital in Ogden, Utah. She weighed 6lbs. 10 oz. and was 19 in. long. She had lots of dark hair. I placed her for adoption at LDS Social Services. The family a placed her with was a family of three. The dad was an electrician and the mom was a stay at home mom. They also had one child that they already adopted and referred to him as Justin in letters.
