I am a 25 year old woman in search for her birth parents. I was born on 9/15/1983 at 7:45 am. I don't know where I was born or any other information other than my birth name was Stephanie Rose Scoog(scooge)(skoog) I am unsure of the spelling. I was adopted by David and Donna McLeod of Auburn ny at the time. I am unsure as to what my true race is I am said to be bi-racial but uncertain my adoptive parents refuse to help in the search and will not give me any information. My mother I know was 16 when she had me and I was told she really didn't want to give me up.
