I need help searching for my father's birth parents. He has always told me that he moved to Meadville, Pennsylvania, from San Francisco, California, when he was very young, maybe a few years or younger. We recently found out he and his sister were adopted from different families. She has found out her information but I'm still searching for my fathers. He was adopted by Carl and Jerry Shabica. They are both deceased now and cannot help us with this search. My father is 48. He was born on March 3, 1960.
