I am searching for my half-brother. He was born in Fremont, Ca at the Washington Township Hospital on April 20, 1969. His birth mother (my mom) was Lezlee Minor and the father was Steve Allen Hunt. From what I have been told, the birth certificate says "baby boy Minor" and he was given up immediately for adoption. This was a closed adoption also. He had severe club feet and a heart defect as well. My/his mother was 16 at his birth.
